A traditional pastry most notable for its New Orleans origin - Ours is made with fresh danish dough filled with housemade chocolate almond paste (very similar to a bear claw). Decorated with purple, yellow, and green sanding sugars and orange glaze. Watch out for the little plastic baby hidden inside!
